Predicting Text from Intracranial Neural Signals
Implemented RoPE positional embeddings in a CNN-Transformer decoder for intracortical speech-to-text; added Gaussian-smoothing and structured data augmentation. Implemented AdamW with warmup/decay LR scheduling and gradient clipping; implemented the CR-CTC loss, reducing CER from 0.234 to 0.1636.
